Refund policy

This Privacy Policy has been created in accordance with Japanese law.

 

1. Return Conditions

Returns Due to Customer Convenience

Returns for customer convenience will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. A return request is submitted using the method specified by the Company within 30 days from the date of product delivery.
  2. The product is unused and remains in its original condition as delivered. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, cleaned, altered, or has odors or stains.
  3. The packaging, including tags and accessories, must be in the same condition as when delivered.
  4. The product is not an accessory, a sale item, or an item that was designated as non-returnable at the time of sale.

Returns or Exchanges Due to Company Responsibility

If the product has defects, damages, or is different from what was ordered, the following measures will be taken:

  1. If stock is available, the product will be replaced with the same item.
  2. If the item is out of stock and a replacement is not possible, a return and refund will be processed.

 

2. Return Shipping Costs

Returns Due to Customer Convenience

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, the Company will not charge any additional fees (including handling fees) for the return.

Returns or Exchanges Due to Company Responsibility

The Company will cover the return or exchange shipping costs. Depending on the situation, the return shipping will be handled in one of the following ways:

  1. Prepaid shipping label provided by the Company.
  2. The customer initially pays for shipping, and the Company will reimburse the equivalent shipping amount.

 

3. Return and Exchange Process

If you wish to proceed with a return or exchange (exchanges are only available when the return is due to the Company’s responsibility and stock is available), please click here and follow the instructions to complete the return process.

 

4. Other Important Notes

If non-company items, such as personal belongings, are accidentally included in the returned package, they will be considered abandoned property, and the Company may dispose of them at its discretion. Please check the package contents carefully before returning.
